white wine

shrimps

oysters or mussels

pepper

parsley
chopped or grated cheese
Preparation
- Cut fish into small cubes and simmer 600mls of salted water for 10 mins. Drain and keep liquid.
- Chop
potato into small cubes, chop onion finely and sauté both in the butter
for approx. 1 min. Add flour while stirring well. Cook another min. Add
liquid from fish, stirring all the time, then gently cook for 10 mins.
- Add cream, wine, shrimps, oysters and season with salt and pepper.
- Top with parsley or grated cheese and serve with french bread
