Smoked Salmon Fettuccine

parsley, finely chopped

sour cream

sherry - optional

smoked salmon, chopped
Preparation
- Melt
butter. Whisk in flour. Gradually add milk and sour cream. Season with
salt and pepper. Stir until thick. Add sherry, salmon and parsley.
- Cook pasta , drain.
- Re warm sauce gently. Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, if desired.
