Smoked Mackerel and Banana Kedgeree

basmati rice, cooked

parsley, finely chopped

bananas, peeled and sliced

freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Melt the butter in a larfe pan and fry the curry powder for 1 min.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and cook for 2 or 3 min, stirring occasionally.
- Serve immediately.
