Smoked Fish Bake

smoked fish, skinned and boned

onions, finely chopped

green pepper, finely chopped

tomatoes, chopped

gerkins, sliced

grated tasty cheese

mayonnaise

crushed potato crisps or

bran flakes
Preparation
- Cut fish into cubes.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add fish and onion and cook until onion is tender. Remove from heat.
- Combine chopped pepper, tomato, gherkin, mayonnaise and fish mixture.
- Place in
a lightly greased ovenproof dish and bake at 180°C for 15 mins.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and crushed potato crisps or bran flakes.
Return to oven and cook for a further 5 mins until cheese has melted.
