onion , finely diced

saltanas

olive oil

butter

smoked mackerel ro similar smoked fish

sunflower seeds

hard boiled
eggs- roughly chopped to add at end- optional
Preparation
- cook the rice ( approx. 25mins
- gently fry onions and the sultanas in the olive oil and butter
- break up the smoked mackerel
- when rice cooked fold together all the ingredients and sprinkle sunflower seeds on top
