Sesame Fish

Ingredients

  • 500 gms fish fillets
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 4 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Combine mayonnaise, tomato paste, worcestershire sauce and spring onions in a bowl.
  2. Place fish fillets on a lightly greased oven tray and spread mayonnaise mixture over the fillets.
  3. Baked 180 C for about 20 mns.
  4. Sprinkle the top of each fillet with sesame seeds.
  5. Cook for a further 5 mins.
