Thai Shrimp Curry

coconut milk

fresh criander, chopped

Preparation
- Combine onion, ginger, garlic, fish sauce, salt, chillies and shrimp in medium bowl.
- Let stand for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in large pan over high heat.
- Add shrimp mixture; stir fry until opaque.
- Stir in coconut milk; cook 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with coriander and serve with cooked rice.
