Scallops with Linguine Pasta

garlic, crushed

pepper, diced

white wine

lemons, juice and zest

spring onions, chopped

scallops, sliced in half

uncooked linguine
Preparation
- Cook linguine, while cooking - prepare scallops
- Heat the
oil in a non-stick frying pan and sauté garlic and red pepper for 5 to 6
mins, to soften. Add wine with the lemon juice and zest. Stir in the
spring onions and scallops and heat for 2-3 mins, until scallops are
cooked through.
- Finally stir in the cooked pasta and toss in the sauce.
- Serve with salad and bread.
