Mussels in Wine

Ingredients

olive oil

cup
white wine

onion, sliced thinly

cloves
garlic, chopped

stalks
celery, cut in to small pieces

tbsp
dried parsley, chopped

1/4
tsp
dried thyme, chopped
Preparation
- Heat oil in pan with cover. Saute onion, garlic and celery
- Add mussels and pour in wine.Cover pan and cook over medium heat for about 2 mins.
- Sprinkle parsley and thyme over mussels and agitate pan to insure properly mixed.
