celery

slivered roasted almonds

mayonnaise

parsley , chopped

ground
black pepper
Preparation
- Peeled kumara and cut into large cubes. Boil in salt water until cooked. Strain immediately.
- Add spring onions, celery, pepper, almond, mayonnaise and mussels. Mix carefully and garnish with parsley
