BBQ Squid Rings

squid tubes, cut into rings

olive oil

cloves
garlic, crushed

finely shredded lemon rind

tbsp
lemon juice

cracked
black pepper

lemon
juice
Preparation
- Combine olive oil, garlic, lemon rind, lemon juice and black pepper. Add squid rings and coat with mixture.
- Allow to stand for 15 to 20 mins then drain.
- Cook squid rings over high heat on BBQ plate for 2-3 mins or until white.
- Sprinkle with extra lemon juice and black pepper before serving.
