Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 1 tblsp oil
• 2/3 cup beer

Preparation

1. Sift flour and salt and separate egg. Mix flour, egg yolk, oil and beer to form a smooth batter.
2. Beat egg white until stiff. Fold into batter just before using
