Ingredients

  • 200 gms fish fillets
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large potato
  • 30 gms butter
  • 1/12 tblsp flour
  • 285 ml cream
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup shrimps
  • 6 oysters or mussels
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley chopped or grated cheese

Preparation

  1. Cut fish into small cubes and simmer 600mls of salted water for 10 mins. Drain and keep liquid.
  2. Chop potato into small cubes, chop onion finely and sauté both in the butter for approx. 1 min. Add flour while stirring well. Cook another min. Add liquid from fish, stirring all the time, then gently cook for 10 mins.
  3. Add cream, wine, shrimps, oysters and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with parsley or grated cheese and serve with french bread
