Seafood Chowder

Ingredients
- 200 gms fish fillets
- 1 large onion
- 1 large potato
- 30 gms butter
- 1/12 tblsp flour
- 285 ml cream
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup shrimps
- 6 oysters or mussels
- salt and pepper
- parsley chopped or grated cheese
Preparation
- Cut fish into small cubes and simmer 600mls of salted water for 10 mins. Drain and keep liquid.
- Chop potato into small cubes, chop onion finely and sauté both in the butter for approx. 1 min. Add flour while stirring well. Cook another min. Add liquid from fish, stirring all the time, then gently cook for 10 mins.
- Add cream, wine, shrimps, oysters and season with salt and pepper.
- Top with parsley or grated cheese and serve with french bread
