Ingredients

  • flour to dip fish in
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tblsp water
  • 1 egg
  • bread crumbs

Preparation

  1. Dip fish in flour.
  2. Mix salt with water and egg. Stir slightly.
  3. Dip fish in mixture and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. For a thinner batter leave out coating of flour.
